We’re opening new doors in the Aire Valley with Jane’s appointment

A familiar face is returning to the Aire Valley property scene. Jane Knowles-Bristow will be spearheading local letting specialists Whitaker Cadre’s drive to develop a greater presence in the Silsden lettings market.

With a growing interest among landlords in Silsden and the Aire Valley in using the services of Whitaker Cadre, company founder Brian Whitaker is delighted to have property manager Jane on board. Jane’s knowledge of, and expertise in the local lettings market, is second to none, having previously run the lettings departments of Knowles Estate Agents and then Dale Eddison in Silsden for a number of years.

Inviting Jane to join the team, which consists of Brian and lettings manager Alison Lilly, has proved to be a masterstroke. Local landlords, already familiar with her professionalism and reputation for getting things done, have been in touch resulting in steady business growth in Silsden, the Aire Valley and Skipton.

“Having successfully let a number of properties recently in Silsden and the surrounding villages, I am confident that my extensive knowledge of the local area will help us go from strength to strength in Silsden and the Aire Valley,” said Jane.

Since opening their doors in Ilkley just over a year ago, Whitaker Cadre have had a busy and successful 12 months, which saw the company recently move into new, larger offices at The Point, on Lower Railway Road, Ilkley. Having established themselves as one of Ilkley’s leading letting agencies, Whitaker Cadre, with Jane on board, are looking to replicate this success and build on the early promise achieved in Silsden, the Aire Valley and Skipton.

“We are keen to continue to increase our presence in the town and we have recently secured some advertising space in the window of Aire Valley Financial Services.” said Brian.

Property manager Jane isn’t the only link Whitaker Cadre have with Silsden, having recently agreed to help sponsor Silsden AFC, “You will now see Whitaker Cadre advertising boards both inside and outside the ground at Silsden AFC, as we are keen to help support a local team.”
