We know for a number of our let only landlords the uncertainty around Covid-19 is a particularly testing time. You may be worried about arranging gas certificates and maintenance during the lockdown, or concerned about tenants falling behind with their rent.
If you find this is the case we would be happy to help. We can offer our Full Management Service to help you in the short-term, and can provide you with all the up to date industry information. We currently have contractors still working through the lockdown period, so can help overcome any maintenance issues. If managing your property, we will also become the tenants first call in an emergency, and will liaise with tenants who are getting into difficulty with rental payments.
We have the information tenants and potentially landlords need in order to access financial support from the government. So, if you need help with rent arrears and have difficulty broaching the subject with tenants, our Rent Collection Service may be useful for you.
Although our office is temporarily closed due to the current restrictions, we are able to work remotely so we remain open for business.
